Modern Revival is inspired by the extensive experience of founders Mikel Blair and Courtney Smith with the Conscious Leadership Group. Mikel and Courtney’s participation over a decade ago was profound; however, despite its transformational potential, access remains limited to those willing to invest considerably.

Why We're Here

The team saw an opportunity to expand access and build upon the Conscious Leadership Group teachings with a new twist. Mikel and Courtney led friends to embark on a similar experience in building an actionable presence, what is now Modern Revival. In the past eight years, Mikel and Courtney witnessed remarkable transformations and deeper, more profound friendships and connections.

Mikel Blair

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mikel brings a decade of experience to her conscious practices, with a passion for facilitating authentic connections within groups and developing conscious parenting relationships.

Courtney Smith

Founder & Chief Content Officer

Courtney is an executive coach, group facilitator and organizational advisor guiding individuals to live more present and fulfilling lives. Courtney believes that through deepening their support, communities and individuals grow together and flourish.

Modern Revival has profoundly impacted all domains of my life and now that I experience life through the lens of these teachings, there is no going back. Modern Revival is for anyone passionate to live consciously within a body, heart and mind open to the possibility of experiencing life for their highest purpose.
